Jimmy Yen is the CEO of Achieve Integrative Health in Cedar Park, one of the largest acupuncture and integrative medicine clinics in the Austin Metro. He is also the CEO of Acupuncture Wealth Technologies a training company that provides training services in acupuncture, Chinese medicine, nutrition, business development, marketing, practice management, financial literacy, wealth building, and communication. His clients are located all over the world from Australia, Europe, England to all over the United States.
Jimmy serves on the Medical Advisory Committee for the Neuropathy Alliance of Texas as the only Acupuncturists among 3 other neurologist. His specialization in Neurology has patients flying in from California, Arizona, Alaska and east coast to receive treatments at his clinic. His clinic serves as a rotation clinic for physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioner students to observe the clinical results achieved with his proprietary acupuncture technique called QRA (Quick Relief Acupuncture) and FPD (Functional Pulse Diagnosis).

A graduate from West Texas A&M University with Master in Professional Accounting, Jessica has over 20years of auditing and consulting experience specializing in the affordable housing multifamily real estate industry.
Jessica is passionate about Helping 1 Million Small Business Owners Achieve Their Professional, Financial and Personal Goals through the Growth of Their Business. Because of that, Jessica retired in January 2022, as the Vice President/Shareholder of Brown, Graham & Company, P.C. after 21 years, a Texas-based Certified Public Accounting and consulting firm with five offices in Texas, and co-founded Achieve Wealth Technologies, Inc.
Jessica currently serves as the Treasurer and Chair-Elect of the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce.
Jessica also serves as a board member and as the committee chair of the Education Committee for Casoro Group Education Foundation, a non-profit organization with its mission to close the generational wealth gap and increase diversity in the commercial real estate industry through education, experience and opportunities.
Jessica is a long-time member at the Cedar Park Rotary Club as well as a past treasurer of the Cedar Park Rotary Club, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
